Regional town hall series makes first stop in Kitchener

Town hall gives customers opportunity to ask questions about transit in Kitchener-Waterloo.

Mar 1, 2019

‘Ask Metrolinx’ is gearing up for its first roadshow.

Metrolinx CEO Phil Verster and his senior management team will be in Kitchener on Monday, March 4, to answer all of your burning transit questions.

Monday’s town hall is open to the public and people are encouraged to ask questions. If you can’t make it in person, you can also watch online or submit questions in advance.

Judging by the excitement on social media, it’s probably going to be a full house.

This is just the first in a series of regional town halls which give our customers an opportunity to engage directly with leaders at Metrolinx, as we move forward with planning, building and operating the region’s transportation system.

Here are the specific details on the event:

Date:            Monday, March 4, 2019

Time:             7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

Location:     Communitech, The Tannery

151 Charles Street W, #100, Kitchener ON, N2G 1H6
