More opportunities for women in construction
Metrolinx partners with Crosslinx Transit Solutions on Eglinton Crosstown LRT jobs for women.

During construction of the Eglinton Crosstown LRT, Metrolinx is partnering with its constructor, Crosslinx Transit Solutions, to bridge the gender gap in the construction industry and encouraging young women to join the field.
Women make up just 12.6 percent of the construction industry’s labour force and 4 percent of tradespeople.
