Public Service of Ontario Act, 2006 (PSOA)
Metrolinx employees are deemed Public Servants of the Ontario Government. The PSOA establishes an ethically framework for all public servant. Under the regulations of the of the PSOA all new employees, upon commencement of employment, are required to swear or affirm an oath of office and an oath of allegiance to the Crown.
