More GO Train service to Niagara Falls

More service to Niagara Falls, seven days a week, plus more express options on Lakeshore West.

May 23, 2023

On Friday (May 19), GO Transit announced several new trips on the Lakeshore West Line – including more trains to Niagara Falls.

For fans of Niagara Falls – a third round trip has been reintroduced on each weekend and holiday day to and from Niagara Falls just in time for spring and summer travel to wine country.

Some trip times to and from Niagara Falls have been adjusted, so customers are reminded to check schedules before they travel.

Until Thanksgiving, weekend and holiday trips to Niagara will include the popular bike train cars, where cyclists can store their bikes for the trip.

Two new weekday round trips to Niagara Falls also begin today (May 23). The trips are well-timed for day trips, hotel check-in and check-out times and events.

All Niagara-bound trains will once again stop at St. Catharines VIA Station following the completion of construction work in the area.
