Metrolinx marks the start of Pride Month 2023
The transit agency proudly supports several Pride initiatives each June.

Pride Month kicks off today (June 1) and Metrolinx is supporting for the eleventh year.
Whether it’s a special edition GO Bus visiting the Durham Pride event, a Metrolinx booth at the Toronto Pride street fair, or specially curated events for Metrolinx staff, the transit agency is all in on Pride.
Each year, Metrolinx picks a theme for Pride Month.
This year’s theme is Stick with Us. The theme pulls inspiration from stickers, pins, and badges that are connected to the 2SLGBTQ+ community and is meant to reflect the activism throughout the decades.

In keeping with the theme, look out for the specially wrapped GO Bus this month, decorated with the words “Pride. Every Day. Always.” These are words Metrolinx stands by and is committed to ensuring a safe and inclusive ride for all.
As always Metrolinx will have dozens of employees proudly marching in the Toronto Pride Parade.
