Metrolinx announces pricing for new London GO Train service

The cost of a GO train ride to London is now set.
Today (Sept. 23), Metrolinx’s board of directors approved the pricing for the new train service to southwestern Ontario.
- A one-way trip between Toronto and London will be $30
- St. Marys to Toronto will be $27.50
- Stratford to Toronto will be $25
- A trip between London and Kitchener will cost $17.50

The full breakdown of fares will be available on the GO Transit website in the coming days.
The new transit service was first announced last week (Sept. 15), but pricing had to be approved by the transit agency’s board before it could be announced.
More ticket info
All customers leaving from or going to London, St. Marys, or Stratford will need to pay their fare with GO e-tickets. PRESTO is not available for these trips. Printable e-tickets are also available from VIA’s website.
The new pilot GO train service launches Oct. 18.
