GO schedule changes effective Jan. 7 - with more bus trips

New trips across several routes. Restored trips for post-secondary students.

More GO Bus trips will be added the schedule, starting Jan. 7.

Travellers will see more service on several routes, including routes serving Brampton, Guelph, North York, Hamilton, Vaughan, and along Hwy. 407 from Oshawa to Oakville.

Students will notice additional seasonal trips to Wilfred Laurier University, McMaster University, Ontario Tech/Durham College, the University of Toronto Scarborough, and Waterloo University.

Teenagers and post-secondary students who pay with PRESTO can receive 40 per cent off the full adult fare. Learn more about how to set up your PRESTO card to receive a youth or post-secondary discount online.

More information

Some GO Bus schedules will be adjusted to better reflect actual travel times, align with connecting GO Train trips and maintain consistent schedules.

A few GO Bus trips will be merged or adjusted due to reinstated GO Train trips or to reflect demand.

Riders are encouraged to use gotransit.com or triplinx.ca to plan their travels.
