Time for a bit of work to bring back that youthful glow.

The Humber River Bridge, at Finch Avenue West and Islington Avenue, is undergoing needed rehabilitation as part of Toronto’s Finch West light rail transit (LRT) build.

The latest images from the LRT project include a shot looking down on the span, which will undergo work in two stages: the first to start mid-February and go until May, and the second to go from May and last into late summer.

The latest photos also show progress at the future Finch West Station, as well as what the Humber College Portal now looks like, after becoming ‘track ready’ late last year (2021).

In the snow and cold, thanks to experts toiling for Metrolinx’s builder on the project, Mosaic Transit Group, the new transit route is sporting a very healthy glow.
