Woodbine GO Station
A new transit hub coming to the City of Toronto.
Woodbine Station is coming to north Etobicoke and will be located along Highway 27 between the existing Etobicoke North and Malton GO Stations, connecting customers to the Kitchener GO line, UP Express and local transit services.
This new connection point will help customers get where they need to go – whether it be Pearson International Airport, Union Station in downtown Toronto, Humber Polytechnic or a major entertainment destination like Woodbine Racetrack.
Once built and operational, Woodbine Station will replace the existing Etobicoke North Station, which will be demolished to accommodate a new fourth track and signal upgrades to enable more service along the Kitchener corridor.
As Metrolinx works to expand GO train service, Woodbine could see trains arriving at the station as frequently as every 15 minutes during the busiest travel hours, and is expected to serve approximately 7,100 daily riders by 2041.
Woodbine Station is currently in construction. For more information on project phases, please check out our project lifecycle page.
