As part of ongoing Scarborough Subway Extension construction, crews will be starting Support of Excavation activities within the work zone in the parking lot of Town Centre Plaza located at 41 Milner Ave. This work will include piling and pouring concrete for underground tunnel Emergency Exit Building structures. Piling involves inserting concrete columns into the ground to reinforce the soil.
