With 18 stations and stops, the nearly 11-kilometre Line 6 Finch West line in northwest Toronto will provide faster, more reliable service along one of Toronto’s busiest corridors and offer connections to TTC Line 1, GO Transit, MiWay, Zum, York Region Transit, and Brampton Transit.

The new light rail transit (LRT) line is bookended by two underground stations: Finch West and Humber College.

Where is Finch West Station?

Located at Finch Avenue West and Keele Street, Finch West Station will serve as the eastern terminus of Line 6.

The approximately 5,000-square-metre station, which has east and westbound tracks and can house two light rail vehicles at once, is also directly connected to TTC Line 1 via a pedestrian tunnel, making transfers quick and easy for riders.

Where is Humber College Station?

Located at the intersection of Highway 27 and Humber College Boulevard, Humber College Station will be the western terminus of the line.

The new LRT station consists of two buildings connected through an open platform, which can simultaneously house two light rail vehicles, and an outdoor seating area.

Humber College Station is close to the Humber Arboretum and Etobicoke General Hospital and just steps away from Humber Polytechnic — there is even a 200-metre, covered pedestrian walkway connecting the station to the campus.
