To support state of good repair work, Metrolinx crews will be completing a turnout replacement and ballast renewal activities within the Right of Way (ROW) from Teston Road to McNaughton Road. This work is a continuation of work initiated in May and will take place during a planned major track closure on the Barrie Line. Teston Road will be closed to through traffic from Keele St. to the rail crossing and McNaughton Road will be reduced to one lane to allow crews to safely complete the work. Construction will take place continuously throughout the weekend.

Traffic Changes
Teston Road between Rodinea Road and Keele Street will be closed to through traffic for the duration of the work. Signage will redirect traffic around the work zones.

Pedestrian Access
- Temporary sidewalk closures or pedestrian detours will be in place while the work is underway, with signs in place to direct pedestrians as needed.

- Crews will take measures to minimize disruptions to the surrounding area wherever possible.
