Come fly with us.
The latest Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit (LRT) project video provides an over, and under, view of the future Science Centre Station and Aga Khan Park & Museum stop.
Progress Update: Science Centre Station
At the southwest corner, the glass building will act as the main entrance to the station. The northeast corner will house the secondary entrance and new TTC bus terminal. Once complete, this new mobility hub will include seven bus bays for TTC buses, with on-street bus connections. There will also be an underground, accessible connection to the LRT concourse level, along with retail spaces at this level.
Along with the station, two portals, approximately 400 metres long, will guide trains from the surface in and-out of the underground station, keeping them away from the busy intersection above.
Look out for track, station platforms, elevators and have a look at the first surface stop out of the portal, heading east.
