Metrolinx crews will remove a small section of an existing watermain on Bloor Street East that has been deemed redundant. This will allow for the future installation of a new feedermain as part of the Bowmanville Extension project. Activities will include excavations, the drainage of an existing pipe, the removal of pipe sections, and backfilling of the work area. Work will occur Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. This work will begin on Monday, May 11.
