This overnight work which is needed to advance the construction of the new GO Bridge over Eastern Avenue is likely to produce elevated noise and vibration from construction vehicles including (1) bulldozer, (1) roller, and (1) hauling truck. Metrolinx apologizes for the very late communication of this activity.

What is Happening?
What to expect
- Construction lighting may be visible from the work site.
- Trucks and construction equipment may generate dust during construction.
- Increased presence of construction vehicles and equipment can be expected in the work area.
- Work areas will be clearly marked or fenced off to ensure public safety.
- Please exercise caution around active construction sites.
- Work may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
- Approximately 3 trucks will leave the site each day to move materials overnight. In certain circumstances, trucks may need to operate during the day.
- Mud mats and a wheel wash system are installed to prevent debris from being tracked onto public roads.

- All pedestrian sidewalks will remain open throughout the work.
Noise and Vibration
- Residences and businesses in the area may experience noise and vibration caused by construction equipment related to this work.
- Crews will take measures to minimize disruptions to the surrounding area wherever possible.
- To minimize noise impacts on the community, noise monitoring equipment will be installed prior to construction. These devices will help to detect exceedances early to proactively conduct corrective actions as needed while crews work.
