What is Happening?
We need to assess the ground conditions in advance of the Galloway Road grade separation construction. We will be drilling some boreholes in the area shown on the map. A drill rig will be used to push a drill head into the ground to retrieve soil samples for analysis. The boreholes will be drilled one at a time and traffic will be directed around the sites.
What to expect
- Trucks and construction equipment may generate dust during construction.
- Increased presence of construction vehicles and equipment can be expected in the work area.
- Work areas will be clearly marked or fenced off to ensure public safety.
- Please exercise caution around active construction sites.

- Residences and businesses in the area may experience noise and vibration caused by construction equipment related to this work.
