Metrolinx adding more late-night NYE trips to get you home safe

Free GO and UP Express service and extra trips on New Year’s Eve.

Dec. 22 – Metrolinx is helping customers get home safely on New Year’s Eve with free travel and extra late-night GO and UP service, in partnership with Forty Creek Whisky.

Customers can enjoy free GO and UP Express rides on New Year’s Eve starting at 7 p.m.

Lakeshore West

• Last train leaves Union Station on Thursday, Jan. 1, at 7:47 a.m.

Lakeshore East

• Last train leaves Union Station on Thursday, Jan. 1, at 7:20 a.m.

Milton Line

• Last train leaves Union Station on Thursday, Jan. 1, at 2:55 a.m.

Kitchener Line

• Last train leaves Union Station on Thursday, Jan. 1, at 6:34 a.m.

Richmond Hill Line

• Last train leaves Union Station on Thursday, Jan. 1, at 1:15 a.m.

Barrie Line

• Last train leaves Union Station on Thursday, Jan. 1, at 3:54 a.m.

Stouffville Line

• Last train leaves Union Station on Thursday, Jan. 1, at 4:00 a.m.

UP Express

• Extra trips added every 30 minutes starting on Thursday, Jan. 1, at 1:15 a.m.
• Last train leaves Union Station at 3:45 a.m.

Extra trips earlier in the day

Metrolinx is also adding extra service on the Milton and Richmond Hill lines from Union Station to help customers get home earlier:

Milton line

• Additional trips at 1:40 p.m. and 2:40 p.m.

Richmond Hill line

• Additional trip at 2:45 p.m.
