Share
June 4 – As Toronto welcomes visitors and soccer fans from around the world, Metrolinx is joining in the excitement by releasing a limited-edition PRESTO Commemorative Card.
Available starting June 4 while supplies last, this limited-edition PRESTO card doubles as a collector’s item while functioning the same as a regular physical PRESTO card.
Customers can purchase the Commemorative Card for $4 at select transit locations – Union Station (GO Transit, UP Express and TTC), Exhibition GO Station, UP Express Pearson and Bloor–Yonge TTC Subway Station. Check the PRESTO website to confirm availability. There will be signage on fare vending machines and ticket vending machines to confirm the cards are available before purchase.
Whether it’s heading to a match, exploring the region or simply getting around the city, the Commemorative Card is a simple way to tap, ride and take home a memory from the tournament. To ensure as many customers as possible can get a limited-edition PRESTO card, purchases are limited to one Commemorative Card per person.
Ways to pay your transit fare during the tournament:
PRESTO is the easy way for riders to pay their transit fare and get to the match, simply tap with credit, Interac® Debit, or a physical or digital PRESTO card.
