Davenport Diamond Guideway

Toronto artist Alex McLeod is the successful artist for Metrolinx’s largest integrated art project to-date, the Davenport Diamond Guideway. McLeod’s winning submission will be printed onto the cladding of this new rail bridge along both sides of its entire 1.4km length.

When complete, the artwork will be the largest digitally printed image in the world.

The artwork includes dramatic and playful landscapes at areas where many people will see the work. It also includes calming panels of solid colours in areas with less exposure, like where the Guideway backs onto residential areas.
