Henry Wiercinski is a partner with the legal firm McCarthy Tétrault, in their Toronto office. His practice is focused on asset securitization, banking, creditors’ rights, corporate reorganizations, equipment leasing, financial institution regulation, infrastructure and alternative finance and procurement initiatives, project finance, secured transactions and structured finance.
